Mom's Chip Beef Gravy

Ingredients
1 stick of butter1/4 cup olive oil2 cups flour1 gallon milk8 cunces chipped beef
Directions
melt butter in large pan. add olive oil and flour and mix until well combined. add milk and stir over medium heat until boiling. serve warm over biscuits or scrambled eggs.
