Pizza Crust Dough, 1 serving (remove)Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Spinach, cooked, 2 cup (remove)
Saute garlic in olive oil until it becomes soft. Add spinach and saute until spinach is cooked as you like it. Drain cooked spinach to remove excess oil.
Stretch dough out as much as you can.
Spoon cooked spinach onto one half of dough. Fold over (like a turnover). Place on parchment paper on cookie sheet. Bake for 40 mins at 350 F. Slice and eat. Makes 1 entree serving, or slice into 8 slices & serve as appetizer or side item.
