Chicken Thighs with Orange Ginger Glaze

Ingredients
*Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, 24 oz (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)Garlic powder, .20 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1.5 1tsp (remove)Oranges, 1 large (3-1/16" dia) (remove)Honey, 3 tbsp (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Heat oil in large nonstick skilled over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until browned. While chicken cooks, grate rind and squeeze juice from orange to measure 1 t, and 1/4 cup, respectively. Add orange rind, juice, honey, and ginger to chicken, scraping to loosen browned bits. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered 17 minutes or until chicken i done and orange mixture is syrupy. Serving size 2 thighs and about 1 1/2 Tbs sauce
