Quinoa & Veggies

Ingredients
1/2 cup Quinoa1 tbsp Olive Oil1 package of steamed vegetables Note: I used Birdseye Steam Fresh Asparagus, gold and white corn, and carrots, but you can use any type of steamed veggies
Directions
1) Cook the Quinoa like you would cook Brown Rice. - I use a rice cooker, so it does the work for me.

2) Steam the vegetables per the instructions on the package.

3) Mix the cooked quinoa and steamed veggies, drizzle the Olive Oil on top, then mix together and enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 4 1-cup servings
