TVP one cupExtra lean 99% fat free ground turkeyone ounce Barbecue sauce
Directions
Mix barbecue sauce and seasoning with tvp add enough hot water to hydrate TVP
Combine ground turkey and TVP and form burgers.
Cook on non stick cooking survace using butter spray to prevent sticking
