Raw chia pudding

Ingredients
3/4 cup chia seeds2 cups almond milkTiny dash saltStevia and vanilla extract to taste or other natural sweetenercinnamon optional
Directions
Mix ingredients. Let stand. Stir with fork every 5 mintes or so. After about 30 minutes it will thicken to a consistency similar to tapioca.
