2 lbs Ground BeefRusset potatoes 4 or 5 (enough to cover meat)Mixed vegetables
Over a fire or Preheat oven to 450
In a pan-
Lay raw meat onto bottom of pan evenly
slice peeled potaoes ontop to cover
add mixed vegetables
tin foil on top
in pouches-
Cut Two pieces of tin foil lay one down and put on top individual patties, add potatoes and mixed veggies to each one. top with second tinfoil and fold over all edges put in oven. OR cook over a fire turning frequently.
