Shrimp Scampi (One Serving)

Ingredients
3 oz Cooked Shrimp1 tsp Butter1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 Cloves Garlic, mincedPinch Kosher SaltPinch Black PepperPinch Red Pepper Flakes1-2 TBS Chopped Fresh Parsley2-3 TBS Lemon Juice
Directions
In a large (12 inch), heavy-bottomed pan, melt the butter and olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Be careful, the garlic burns easily. Add the shrimp, pinch of salt, and the pepper and saute until the shrimp have just turned pink, about 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat, add the parsley, lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine. Serve.
