Mashed Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

1 lb of potatoes (I prefer little yukon golds)3/4 cup milk4 slices of white cheddar (I used kroger deli cheese)Minced Onion4 tbsp salted butter
Boil potatoes until tender
Mash potatoes
Add milk, minced onion, No-Salt, and pepper
Blend until a consistency you like (I like it smooth!)
Mix in butter
Place in an 8x8 inch pyrex pan
Place cheese on top
Cook for about 10 minutes or until cheesy is bubbly and the center of the potatoes is warm.
Serving Size: Makes one 8x8 pan for about 10 servings
