Lemon & Lime Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
- 75 grams Shrimp (about 4 medium)- 0.5 tbsp Lime Juice- 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1) pour lime and lemon juice into bowl or plastic bag

2) add shrimp

3) add salt and pepper to taste and mix so that shrimp can absorb the flavour

4) Heat non stick skillet to medium

5) When ready, place shrimp on skillet and cook until pink (pour the marinade on top while cooking if desired)

6) Place shrimp on skewers with lemon and lime wedge halfs in between each for decoration and some extra flavour absorbtion!
