Cajun Sausage Pasta Florentine

Ingredients
* 16 oz Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage Links, sliced * 1 cup frozen Red, Yellow, and Green Bell Peppers, chopped * 3/4 cup Onion, diced * 1 - 6 oz. can of Tomato Paste * 3 Chicken Boullion Cubes * 3 cups of Water * 1 tablespoon Sugar * 1 teaspoon ground Cumin * 1/4 teaspoon ground Cayenne Pepper * 1/4 teaspoon ground Black Pepper * 4 cups Baby Spinach Leaves, chopped * 12 oz Whole Wheat Penne, cooked per package
Directions
Add water and boullion cubes to a dutch oven or large skillet, cover and bring to a boil.

Add sausage, bell peppers, onions, tomato paste, sugar, cumin, cayenne & black peppers, and spinach leaves to pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Toss with penne and serve.

Serving Size: makes approx 7 servings of about 2 cups each.
