Lime Cilantro Snapper

Ingredients
2 lbs. Snapper fillet1/4 teaspoon pepper1 1/2 teaspoon cumin2 limes, thinly sliced2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons dried onion flakes4 teaspoons garlic1/4 cup cilantro1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Place 1/4 of total amount of fish on a piece of heavy-duty foil. Continue to make 4 packets. Sprinkle with pepper. In a small skillet, saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add cumin. Spoon over fillets; sprinkle with salt & then cilantro. Place lime slices over each. Fold foil around fish and tightly seal. Bake at 400 degrees on a baking sheet for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with additional minced cilantro if desired.
