Cat Cora's Flat Belly Salad (Fruit Sweet instead of brown sugar)

Ingredients
IngredientsVinaigrette1 small, thin Serrano chili, diced1 large garlic clove3 tbsp fresh lime juice1 tbsp Wax Orchard Fruit Sweet1 tbsp BraggSalad3 grapefruits, peeled and segmented1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded 1/3 cup cilantro leaves3/4 pound jicama, peeled and shredded2 tbsp crushed, roasted pistachios on top
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together vinaigrette ingredients. In a large serving bowl, toss together salad ingredients. Lightly coat with vinaigrette. Scatter pistachios on top and garnish with 2 tbsp of remaining cilantro leaves.
