Layered Green Salad

Ingredients
Large Head of Iceburg Lettuce ChoppedSmall bunch Green Onions chopped2 stalks celery chopped1 can sliced water chestnutssmall bunch radishes sliced1 green bell pepper diced10 oz pkg frozen peas2 cups fat free mayonaise1 pkg. splenda sprinkled over mayo1/4 tsp. garlic powder sprinkled over mayo1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese1 lb. bacon fried and crumbled3 eggs hard boiled and crumbled
Directions
Layer ingredients in order in a large glass bowl. Cover and place in refridgerator for at least one hour. Stir before serving.
