2 c. Apples (peeled and shredded, dry off w/paper towel)1 1/2 c All purpose flour1 c Quick oats2/3 c Brown Sugar (packed)1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Cinnamon1/4 c Skim Milk2 TBSP Canola Oil1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 c Yogurt (fat-free, plain)2 Egg Whites
