2 cups dried red kidney beans1 clove garlic1 cup chopped onion2 tsp dried thyme2 tsp black pepper1/2 tbsp salt32oz water
Wash dried beans and add other ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil.
When boiling, lower fire to medium heat and cook until beans are broken into pieces and liquid has thicken.
