Mushroom and Onion Risotto

1 bag Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice1 small white onion6 small mushrooms2 wedges Laughing Cow French Onion light cheese wedges1 tbsp fat free sour cream2 tbsp Nestle Coffee-Mate nonflavored fat free liquid cream1 tbsp Oscar Mayer bacon pieces
Chop onion. In a saute pan, add butter and onions. Cook until mostly done. While that is cooking, chop mushrooms. Add in mushrooms. Start rice in boiling water. Once mushrooms are done, add in sour cream, cheese, cream, and bacon pieces. Mix that together. Remove from heat. Add in rice.
