Directions
Mama Mary's 12" Thin & Crispy pizza crust--found at Albertson's and other stores, not refrigerated. Way better than Boboli.Shredded colby jack cheeseHormel Turkey Pepperoni (way less fat than regular, but taste the same)Sliced black olives (optional)Sliced canned mushrooms (optional)Ragu pizza sauce...or any other kind.
Couldn't be easier--brush olive oil on the crust and place it on a pizza pan. Spread some sauce on, sprinkle cheese on it, and place whatever other toppings you like. Obviously you can add and subtract from what I've listed here--you can do bell peppers, ham, chicken, whatever. Cook at 425 for 8-10 minutes. Takes little more time than a frozen pizza, but way healthier...and the kids love to put the toppings on while wearing their little chef's hats and aprons. :)
