turkey black bean burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkey1 c. raw chopped onion1/2 c. raw green pepper chopped1/4 c. raw celery chopped3 Tbsp fresh cilantro chopped1 tsp. salt1.5 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. chili powder1/4 c. black beans2 tsp. yellow mustard- optional
Directions
saute onion, green pepper and celery on fry pan with olive oil. Add sauted mixture to ground turkey in bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix well. These burgers are great on grill or in the house. If desired add a small slice of cheese and eat on a whole wheat low-cal bun with low fat mayo...yum!
