Low Cal Guac

Ingredients
- 1 medium avacado- 1/4 cup chopped onion- 2 tablespoons chopped bell peppers- 1/4 cup chopped tomato- 1/2 clove garlic- 1/2 lemon (juiced)salt and better to taste
Directions
peel and deseed avacado
mashed until smooth
add all of the ingredients
stir until creamy
cover and put in fridge overnight
enjoy!
