Directions

Prep crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. Place steak(s) in bottom of pot, sprinkle with onion powder & black pepper. Drizzle on Worcestershire sauce over beef. Pour in beef broth & water around the beef, not over it. Set on High for 4-ish hours, Low for longer depending on the amount of time you have.
