My ranch and cheese potato pancake

Ingredients
1 cup prepared mashed potatoes2 T. egg beaters1 1/2 T grated parmesan cheese1 1/2 T Ranch dressing mix (dry)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in skillet that has been sprayed with a cooking spray. Cook til crispy on low-med heat. Flip and cook on other side til crispy.
