Chili's Style Grilled Beef Fajitas

Ingredients
.25 cup Lime Juice1.667 tbsp *Extra Light Olive Oil.667 tbsp *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce3 cloves GarlicWright's hickory seasoning liquid smoke, .5 tsp**McCormick ground cumin, .1667 tbspPepper, red or cayenne, .5 tspChili powder, .25 tspFlank Steak, 1.5 lb*onion raw large, 1 serving*1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving *Bell Pepper, Red (2.5" dia; whole), 1 serving
Directions
wisk together lime juice, 1/2 of the olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, liquid smoke, cayenne pepper, and chili powder. put flanke steak in bowl or resealable bag and pour marinade over the meat put in refrigerator for at least 30 min.

heat grill to medium high grill meat 4-5 minutes on each side

while meat is cooking cut green and red peppers into striips also cut onion into strips put remaining olive oil on pan and saute til crisp tender

take meat for grill let stand 5 minutes then cut on the bius and serve with tortillas and vegtibales
