Directions
Mix Dry Ingredients
Mix Wet Ingredients
Add Wet Ingredients to Dry - Do not over mix
Add 1/4 cup Pancake batter to Hot Griddle
Cook on 1st side Until it Starts to Bubble and the Edges Dry
Cook on Second Side for 1.5 - 2 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 10 - 12 pancakes
