Ingredients
I medium head of cabbage9 slices of crumbled turkey bacon3 tsp extra virgin olive oil to coat pan2 Tbsp of Brummel and Brown spread (like maragarine)Crushed red pepper to tasteSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
This makes 5 hearty portions. You can eat it as a meal, or serve it as a side dish. I play around with the ingredients and sometimes add farfalle pasta to make the dish more filling. If you make it too spicy, add a touch of splenda to dim it down.
