Ingredients: Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 1 cup, dry, Oat Bran, .25 cup Uncle Sam cereal, 2 cup Ginger, ground, .125 tsp Cloves, ground, .125 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 0.25 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Allspice, 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Sweet potato, 1 sweet potato, 5" long egg white, fresh, 8 large Molasses, 1 cup Surfine Fancy Apple Sauce, No Sugar Added, 1.5 cup *Canola Oil, .25 cup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Shredded yam
In a large bowl mix together all dry ingredients,
In a small bowl mix together all wet ingredients,
Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir thoroughly
Using a muffing pan line muffin cups with foil liner,
Fill cups level,
Bake 30-35 minutes test with toothpick, if still wet put back in oven for a few minutes
Serving Size: 18 muffins or 36 bars can be made
