Barilla Omega 3 pasta (penne or rotini)1 16 oz bag frozen medium shrimp, thawed1 cup chopped carrots, raw2 cups lightly steamed fresh green beans1 small onion, chopped1 cup Kraft Reduced Fat Olive Oil mayonnaise3 Tbsp. dijon mustard1/2 cup chopped, fresh cilantrosalt & pepper to taste
Thaw shrimp. Cook pasta according to package directions and set in cold water to cool down quickly. Remove tails from shrimp. Mix all ingredients in large bowl, add salt & pepper to taste and let it sit in the refrigerator to blend the flavors for a couple of hours. Great summertime dinner! Makes 8 generous servings.
