Chicken chorizo and chick peas in slow cooker

Ingredients
12 mini chorizo5 chicken thighs220g chick peas250g Cherry tomatoes 2 frozen Peppers, chopped6 mushrooms2tbs tomato puree0.5 tbs Corn flour
Directions
Place tomatoes, chicken and chorizo in slow cooker with lemon juice and 2 tbs water and cook for 10 hours.
Transfer to ovenproof dish and add chick peas, mushrooms, peppers, tomato puree and corn flour (mixed in a little cold water)
