Beef and Egg Noodles

Ingredients
Stew Meat1/2 large onion - chopped3/4 cup chopped carrots3-4 celery stocks, chopped4 cloves garlic2 tbsp olive oil32 oz beef broth12 oz package of Reams Egg noodles1/4 cup Madeira cooking wine1 tbsp flour1/4 cup water
Directions
Heat olive oil then brown beef. Add in half of the onion, continue to brown.
Add beef broth, simmer for 1 hour
Boil egg noodles for 15 minutes, strain
Add balance of onion, carrots, celery and garlic to beef, simmer for 15 minutes
Add in egg noodles
Bake @ 325 for one hour
Serve
