Spicy Spanish Brown Rice w/turkey

Ingredients
2 cups Brown rice 6 cups water2 lbs lean ground turkey burger 1 28 oz can of enchilada sauce1 packet of taco seasoning1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Cook rice and water according to rice package. Brown turkey and add seasonings and enchilada sauce to meat. When rice is done mix with meat mixture and serve with a side dish of salad or veggies. Makes 8 generous ( approximately 2 cups) servings.
