Lentil Quinoa Burgers

Ingredients

1/2 cup quinoa1 can (19 oz) lentils, rinsed1/2 cup plain bread crumbs1 egg, lightly beaten2 gloves garlic, chopped2 tsp cumin powder1/3 cup cilantro 1/2 cup walnut pieces
Cook quinoa according to directions on box (use 1 cup water for half a cup quinoa).
Combine all ingredients and blend in food processor (It helps to divide it up and process about a quarter of the mixture at a time).
Form into patties, let rest 30 minutes.
Throw on grill for 8 minutes on each side.
Serving Size: Makes 7 3-inch patties
