Super Healthy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
4 Sweet Potatoes3 tbsp. Ex Virgin Olive Oil2 tbsp. Black Pepper
Directions
Cut raw sweet potatoes into french fry size.
In a bowl, mix sweet potatoes, oil and pepper.
Spray a Cookie Sheet with cooking spray and lay seasoned fries in a single file line.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes then flip over, bake and additional 20 minutes and then check to make sure they are cooked and crispy. Let cool for 5 minutes or so and enjoy!
