Ingredients
4 oz Anchovy fillets(with oil)4-5 Garlic cloves3 Tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 C Non Fat Milk1/4 C Non Fat Greek Yogurt, plain1/4 C TJ's Romano & Parmesean cheese, gratedKosher salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a food processor, add anchovies, garlic cloves and EVOO. Blend till made into a paste. Add milk, yogurt, parmesean and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend till smooth.
