Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 2 largeApples, fresh, 1 mediumRaisins, 30 grams Peanut Butter, 0.4 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 5 grams bio galete, 80 gram(s) - 5 piecesPumpkin Seeds, 25 grams
Directions
Jabuku iseći na sitno i staviti da se lagano kuva na vatri. Kada pusti malo soka, dodati suvo grožđe. Nakon 7-10 minuta dodati ispasirane 2 banane i sjediniti sve zajedno. Na kraju dodati jednu kašičicu kikiriki butera i cimet. Ovaj namaz staviti na galete i posuti po njima bundevine semenke. Može se jesti odmah, ali je jako uskusno kada se ohladi, pogotovo za ove letnje dane.
