Better Homes and Garden Crepes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup nonfat milk2 eggs1 cup flour1/4 teaspoon salt1 Tbsp. oil
Directions
Preheat a 6-inch skillet. In the meantime, place all ingredients in a blender and whir until texture is smooth. Spray skillet. Pour about 2 Tbsp. of batter into skillet and swirl skillet until crepe is round. Watch and when top appears firm flip onto a paper towel. Repeat and stack.
