Jello Delight

1 box of any flavor Jello1 box of fat-free instant vanilla pudding1 box of fat-free tapioca pudding1 can of mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail or peaches1- 8oz Fat free Cool Whip
1. DO NOT follow box directions!
2. Measure 3 Cups of water and heat to boiling. Add vanilla and tapioca pudding and Jello. Stir until dissolved and thickened.
3. Refridgerate for at least 8 hours to overnight.
4. Remove mixture from refridgerator. Drain fruit. If peaches, cut up peaches into small pieces. Fold into mixture.
5. Thaw Cool Whip and fold into mixture.
Enjoy!
