Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies

western family great northern beans, 1can, pureedApplesauce, unsweetened, 1.5 cupsBanana, fresh, .75 large *Whole Wheat Flour, 6 cupsEgg substitute, 1.5 cup Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp vanilla, 1 tspHershey’s semi sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup
In a blender combine the beans and banana. Blend till smooth. Pour into a mixing bowl and add applesauce, brown sugar and egg substitute. Mix on low till smooth. Add soda and vanilla, stir. Add flour one cup at a time, mixing till thick and sticking to the beater and gathering on the sides. Add chocolate chips, stir till mixed in. Place on cookie sheets, with small ice cream scoop, or teaspoons, flatten down if you want them traditional looking - as they will NOT flatten.
Cook in a 350 oven, for 8 minutes, until bottoms are golden. Do not over bake. Cool and eat! Makes over 8 dozen cookies.
