Orange Jello - Sugar Free, family size box1% Cottage Cheese (1/2 cup)Pineapple Tidbits (or crushed - 1/2 cup) Carrots (1/2 cup shredded)4 oz Diet Sprite Zero or Diet 7-upCanned Mandarin Oranges
Mix one family size box of orange jello with hot water, as package instructs. Instead of using cold water, use Diet Sprite or Diet 7up. Drain cottage cheese & pineapple...and add to jello. Add shredded carrots. Place in fridge until it sets up. Garnish with mandarin oranges before serving!
