Low-Cal Funfetti Cupcakes

3 eggs whites1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract1 & 1/2 cup white flour1 Tablespoon Baking Soda1 &1/4 approx Table spoon splenda1/3 cup skim Milk1/3 cup Promise Active butter spread 2 Tablespoons of sprinkles
HEAT oven to 375°F. Combine ingredients in large bowl. Stir with spoon until thoroughly moistened. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness with bottom of glass dipped in flour.
2. BAKE 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
Because of the Butter substitute and Splenda these cupcakes cook faster then regular ones
