Salt and Black Pepper to taste1 TBS smoked paprika2 TBS liquid smoke3/4 C reduced sugar ketchup3 TBS red wine vinegar1 med to large onion chopped12 cloves of garlic chopped
Directions
Salt and pepper your meat on both sides.
place in foil
mix rest of ing. together and pour on top
seal foil
bake in oven or top of grill
