Spinach Ricotta Pie

Fresh SpinachOnionWhole Milk RicottaShredded Mozzarella CheeseGarlicEggs
Directions
Put the spinach in a microwave safe glass pan. Heat for 2 minutes to remove some moisture. Mix in all the rest of the ingredients then cook in the microwave 4 minutes. Check to see if the middle is firm. If not continue to cook in 30 second intervals until firm.
