Sopa De Camaron con papa (SHRIMP SOUP W/ POTATO)

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 3 medium -choppedCelery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) -chopped*Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) -choppedShrimp, raw, 32 oz (peeled and deveined)Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp -choppedOnions, raw, 1 large-minced*Sazón Goya (Coriander & Annatto), 2 tsp (2packets)**Knorr, chicken flavor bouillon, 5 tsp*adobo goya, 2 tsp Garlic, 3 tsp (minced)SOFRITO, 2 serving Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato (blended)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (blended)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (blended)
Directions
I start to boil (on medium heat) about 5qt of water with Knorr, chicken flavor bouillon, 5 tsp, *Sazón Goya (Coriander & Annatto), (2packets), SOFRITO, 2 serving, Goya adobo w/cumin, 2 tsp, Garlic, 3 tsp (minced)

I then chop or minced all my veggie- once they are chopped I add the to the pot.

I then blend in a blender the 2 plum tomato, 1 Yellow bell pepper, 1 large green pepper, 2 large sweet, red, pepper ****I ONLY DO THIS TO HIDDEN THESE VEGGIES FROM MY DAUGHTER****
once blended I add to the pot.
While the veggie are cooking- I usually am peeling the shrimp but I do buy them deveined. Once all done I add all the shrimp to the pot and low to a simmer- until potatoes are nice and soft.
Then enjoy!!!

***My family enjoys eating this soup with tostadas (which is not included in the recipe).
