    3 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • great recipe, I made this in a smoothie maker leaving out the oil and it was just brilliant. In fact if you are short of ingredients just use passata, cucumber, celery garlic and vinegar plus seasoning... low fat, low calorie too. - 1/15/08
