Vegan butternut squash soup. Easy to make and super low cal. Try using pumpkin instead of squash during the holidays.
This makes a large batch that can be frozen. Feel free to half or third the recipe.
If you like garlic, you will like this cheeseball. Butter makes it slightly creamy, but can be left out to cut calories if you prefer a denser cheeseball. I made this for a Halloween carry in and added green food coloring to make it a goblin cheeseball. The ears are tortilla chips that I painted with green food coloring and the hair is celery leaves.
