My mom's potato salad recipe My mom's potato salad recipe
Number of Servings: 15


    1 dozen large boiled eggs
    7 large potatoes, boiled and cut into chunks
    1 cup of mayonaisse
    1 cup of chopped raw onion


Boil eggs and potatoes. Allow to cool before peeling eggs or cutting up potatoes.
Chop one onion.
Mix those ingredients together and add mayonaisse, mixing together.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
