This is an great for people who love deviled eggs but should not have the cholesterol.

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    12 hard-boiled eggs
    1 1/2 cups egg substitute
    1/4 cholesterol free mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp yellow mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt substitute
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    Paprika

Directions

1. hard boil eggs- cool and peel- set aside.
2. Cook the egg substitute as though you are making scrambled eggs.
3. combine the scrambled eggs with mayonnaise , mustard, salt, and pepper and mix well with a beater or blender
4. cover and refrigerate until cold.
5. cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks, (very important ) through yolks away.
6. Fill each each egg white with the chilled egg substitute mixture.
7. sprinkle with paprika for garnish

    i tried this recipe i changed it a little I used Kraft miracle whip dressing, I somehow added to muh mustard, I did not use any salt, and added vinegar. Overall delicious - 1/31/09
