210 grams short crust pastry180 grams swiss cheese4 tsp or 2 tbsp dijon mustard4 medium whole tomatoes2 tbsp dried marjoram
Turn your oven at 220C degre.
Unroll you short crust pastry and put it in a dish with baking paper. With a fork, punch some holes in the base so it will be easier to cook. Lay the mustard all over the base, add the cheese (cut in slices) then the sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with marjoram and put in the oven for about 30-40mns.
Serve with a green salad!
Serving Size: Large rectangular dish (about 40x25cm) makes a good 6 servings
