Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp!!

Ingredients
6 oz. Barilla PLUS Thin Spaghetti1 tbsp Olive Oil1 tbsp Garlic powder12 oz Frozen Shrimp, thawed1 can of Artichoke hearts, drained2 cans of Italian-Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, drained
Directions
Prepare pasta according to directions.

Heat oil and garlic over medium heat.

Add shrimp and sauté until about 3/4 done (when shrimp begins turning pink).

Add tomatoes and artichoke hearts, cook until heated through.

Serve over hot pasta and enjoy!!

    I'll be making a variation of this for dinner tonight. Prego Chunky Garden: Tomato, Onion & Garlic sauce will be used instead of the diced tomatoes. I'll have to use a dash of garlic sauce since I'm out of garlic powder too. My shrimps are thawing right now. I can't wait! - 4/3/11
