One bite low fat blueberry muffins

Ingredients
1 tbsp Canola Oil1/2 cup Brown Sugar 3 tbsp Molasses1/4 cup Orange Marmalade1/2 cup apple sauce2 eggs1 cup skim milk1 1/2 cup All-Bran Cereal1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1.5 tsp Baking Powder3/4 cup frozen Blueberries(unsweetened) unthawed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix brown sugar, canola oil, molasses, marmalade, apple sauce and eggs together in a large bowl.
- Add milk and stir.
- Add bran and let stand for 5 minutes, then stir.
- Add flour and baking powder, stirring only to combine.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Spoon batter into lightly sprayed small tart pan for mini-size muffins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
