Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs2 cups milk2 tbsp. lemon juice2 cups whole wheat flour1/4 cup oil1/4 cup brown sugar, packed2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt4 bananas, mashed
Directions
In a 2 cup liquid measuring cup put in 2 tbsp. lemon juice and then fill up to two cups with milk.

In a large bowl beat eggs. Then add flour, oil, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk and add in the milk mixture. Mash the bananas and add to the mixture.

Pour by 1/3 cupfuls onto hot skillet.

Serving Size: Makes 16 pancakes
